Julia and Dave Taylor always give a warm welcome to visitors to their Bed and Breakfast in the Brittany countryside.

Although set in a beautiful, peaceful location, the lovely stone house is only 3 or 4 minutes away from the large village of POULLAOUEN, with its popular bars and restaurants, post office, pharmacy, school and general store.

We are situated 10 minutes from the tourist attraction of HUELGOAT, in one direction (inside the Parc Regional d'Armorique )and 10 minutes from the historical town of CARHAIX-PLOUGUER, in the other.

The beauty of the Breton landscape has always been popular with British visitors. In many ways Brittany is very similar to Cornwall. To the north lies the pretty fishing village of ROSCOFF, with easy access to and from the UK on the ferry. To the south the ancient capital of QUIMPER and the preserved village of LOCRONON are well worth a visit. From our house, all three coasts in Brittany are reached within an hour.

For a holiday that can offer spectacular coastlines, stunning countryside and tranquil medieval villages, look no further than Brittany. It is perfect for walking cycling and fishing.

Our house was fully renovated in 2006/07. We are resident owners with our dogs and a couple of horses to make up the family!
We sit on nearly a hectare of land with well kept gardens, garden furniture and an all important BBQ.

We offer two rooms for Bed and Breakfast. They are on the first floor, each with new en-suite facilities. One has a double bed and the other has two singles. We provide all linen and towels, of course. We can also lend a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, if required. All you have to do around here for a cup of tea or coffee, is ask! We invite our guests to join us in our lounge, where we have TV and DVD. We can also provide a wireless Internet connection. There is ample private parking outside.

We are open all the year round.
